- Lead credit appraisal and underwriting for SME Loan Against Property (LAP) cases at the branch level
- Analyze borrower financials, cash flows, banking behaviour, and repayment capacity
- Assess property-related risks in coordination with technical and legal teams
- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and present credit proposals to approving authorities with transparent risk assessment
- Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing and disbursal
- Monitor portfolio quality and identify early warning signals to control delinquencies
- Support audits, MIS reporting, and compliance requirements at the branch level
