Responsibilities
As BPO Digital Integration Mgr – Supply Chain Business, you will:
- Own and govern a prioritized digital integration and automation workplan within the existing supply chain scope. Assess business impact, control risk, urgency and operational dependencies; agree priorities, milestones and acceptance criteria with business and IT stakeholders, and escalate competing demands through established governance.
- Lead business-side triage and root-cause resolution of PLAN Comind issues involving IT BI, Data Lake, Interfaces and MDM. Prioritize tickets within agreed business/IT governance, coordinate accountable technical owners, track resolution and validate business recovery. Drive corrective actions and prevention of recurring issues.
- Own the business-side requirements, operating effectiveness and exception follow-up for automated audit checks for every SP run and month-end cycle. Agree validation rules and escalation criteria with relevant owners; ensure discrepancies trigger alerts to Supply Chain IT and Data Lake teams, and track remediation to closure.
- Define and monitor agreed service and outcome measures, including ticket aging, resolution performance, recurring incidents, audit exceptions and automation benefits. Report progress,
risks and outcomes to CoE and business/IT stakeholders; use evidence to recommend workload and process improvements without setting unilateral service commitments.
- Lead the identification, evaluation and delivery of automation, AI/ML and agentic AI use cases for day-to-day supply chain activities. Translate needs into functional requirements, assess feasibility and expected value, and oversee business testing, acceptance, adoption and benefit validation in collaboration with IT.
- Coordinate agreed cross-functional resources and delivery commitments across Data Lake, Interface, IT BI and MDM teams. Resolve operational dependencies and escalate capacity constraints, risks and delivery trade-offs. Maintain visibility of decisions and actions, while respecting existing delegated authorities and IT architecture, security and production-change approvals.
- Provide functional/matrix leadership and technical coaching to contributors on integration, data quality, automation and solution adoption. Establish clear workstream ownership and knowledge-sharing practices. Leadership is exercised through coordination, expertise and influence; this profile does not assume line-management, hiring or disciplinary authority.
- Apply hands-on data engineering, data modeling and analytical expertise to investigate issues, develop or review automation prototypes and validate solution outputs. Ensure appropriate documentation, testing and handover with technical owners; manage business readiness and change impacts rather than assuming personal responsibility for every technical fix
We’re Looking For

- Hands-on experience in automation and optimization, with practical delivery or evaluation of ML solutions and exposure to agentic AI and AI-driven automation.
