Roles and Responsibilities :

- Preparing patients for bone marrow transplants by assessing their medical condition and developing individualized care plans.

- Administering chemotherapy and other medications to prepare the patient's bone marrow for transplant surgery.

- Monitoring patients' conditions during and after surgery to prevent complications and ensure proper recovery.

- Providing infection prevention measures to protect patients from infectious diseases during treatment.

- Managing transplant-related complications such as diarrhea, bleeding, or kidney problems.

- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.

Job Requirements :

- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent is required.





- Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a BMT or hematology-oncology unit.

- Solid knowledge of cancer, bone marrow, and related procedures is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.

- Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
