Key Responsibilities Manage daily body shop operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs. Supervise technicians, denters, painters, and other workshop staff. Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality repair work.
Monitor job cards, repair estimates, insurance claims, and vehicle progress. Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and service advisors. Maintain productivity, labour efficiency, and workshop profitability.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, paint materials, and spare parts. Maintain customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints. Follow safety standards and manufacturer repair procedures. Monitor monthly targets, revenue, and operational performance.
