About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Manager to manage blue-collar workforce operations, recruitment, deployment, attendance, employee engagement, compliance, and contractor management.

NAPS/NATS experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end blue-collar workforce lifecycle
- Plan and execute manpower hiring & deployment
- Coordinate with contractors and manpower agencies
- Monitor attendance, shifts, absenteeism, attrition & productivity
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee records & documentation
- Handle employee grievances and workforce issues
- Ensure labour law & statutory compliance
- Prepare manpower, attendance & workforce reports




- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant blue-collar workforce/HR experience
- Hands-on NAPS/NATS experience
- Experience with contractors/manpower agencies
- Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
- Solid communication, coordination & people-management skills
- Good MS Excel & HRMS knowledge
