- Block Coordinator-Outreach BCO is a block level cadre who works closely with block level staff of Department of Health and Family Welfare and Department of Child Development to strengthen and improve family planning, maternal health, current born health, and nutrition outputs and outcomes in his/her respective block/allocated geography.

- S/he will mentor and provide capacity building support to ASHA, AWW and their supervisory structure on RMNCH and nutrition intervention, including digital recording and tracking of clients, support implementation research and other responsibilities as deemed fit.
