Job Title: BIM Modeller

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeller to develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models for construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update 3D BIM models based on project drawings and specifications.
- Develop architectural, structural, or MEP models according to project requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Identify model clashes and support clash-resolution activities.
- Update models based on design changes and project revisions.
- Prepare drawings, sections, schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain model accuracy and follow project BIM standards.




- Support quantity take-offs and model-based documentation where required.
- Ensure timely completion of modelling tasks.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in BIM modelling.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination workflows.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP drawings.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
