Role Description The BIM Modeler – Underground Utilities will develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for underground utility networks, ensuring accurate representation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and related infrastructure. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams to translate design intent into precise construction drawings and documentation. Daily tasks include modeling underground utilities, updating and maintaining BIM data, detecting and resolving clashes, and ensuring alignment with project standards and codes.

The role also involves supporting design reviews, assisting in documentation for construction, and collaborating closely with other disciplines to maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Underground Services. The candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models for underground electrical, water and drainage infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

- Model underground systems
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Structural, ICT, Fire Protection, and Utility teams.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Resolve underground utility conflicts and maintain clash-free models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.
- Support the project team in meeting submission deadlines.
- Maintain model quality and perform regular quality checks.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of BIM Modeling experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
- Transparent communication and the ability to work effectively within a team.
