About the Role

RVM CAD is looking for a technically skilled, confident, and well-presented BIM Engineer & Technical Trainer who can handle engineering-related tasks, train students, and represent the company in educational video shoots and technical presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D BIM models and structural drawings using Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, and STAAD.Pro.

- Conduct practical training sessions and mentor students on relevant engineering software.

- Explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and structured manner.

- Participate in educational video shoots, software demonstrations, and promotional content.





- Create training materials, tutorials, and technical presentations.

- Support students in developing industry-ready skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, and STAAD.Pro.

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

- Confident public speaking and camera-facing abilities.

- Skilled, well-groomed, and presentable personality.

- Ability to teach, engage, and mentor students effectively.

- Prior training or video presentation experience will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A technically strong professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the confidence to represent RVM CAD in front of students and on camera.
