Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process freight bills and invoices.

- Verify billing details, transportation charges, and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for billing-related issues.

- Maintain billing records and ensure timely invoice generation.

- Reconcile bills with transport documents and vendor details.

- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce or a related field.

- 1–5 years of experience in billing, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing processes.

- Robust attention to detail and coordination skills.
