Role & responsibilities

- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct RAG analysis and address workforce concerns.
- Facilitate SKIP meetings and employee connect sessions.
- Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies.
- Ensure POSH compliance and grievance resolution.
- Manage leave, attendance, and employee relations processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate

- 2-5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and POSH guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
