- Prepare lesson plans, notes, and teaching aids
- Conduct engaging classes using stories, poems, and activities
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Design question papers, worksheets, and assignments
- Conduct periodic tests, exams, and oral assessments
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback
- Track students’ progress and maintain academic records
- Follow CBSE syllabus and academic calendar
- Participate in syllabus planning and curriculum development
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board-related patterns
- Use modern teaching methods (smart class, audio-visual tools)
- Improve students’ reading, writing, grammar, and speaking skills




- Encourage creative writing (essays, poems, stories)
- Support weak students with extra guidance
- Promote cultural appreciation of Bengali literature
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Participate in school events (cultural programs, competitions)
- Maintain communication with parents during PTMs
- Perform duties like invigilation, exam coordination, etc.
