We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

- Market and place consultants on bench across the US IT market
- Work with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients
- Generate leads and identify suitable requirements
- Negotiate rates and close deals
- Maintain strong vendor/client relationships
- Handle submissions, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Maintain daily activity and placement reports

Requirements:

- Experience in Bench Sales / IT Recruitment preferred
- Solid knowledge of the US IT staffing market




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable working in US shift timings

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 Incentives
