Job Summary

Antarvanam Resort & Farms is looking for a hardworking, responsible, and guest-friendly Bellboy to assist with guest services, room preparation, luggage handling, and food delivery to guest rooms. The candidate must maintain cleanliness, follow resort standards, and ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with their luggage during arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and resort amenities.
- Arrange beds, prepare bedding, and ensure beds are properly made.
- Assist with room preparation and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Transport food, dishes, and beverages from the kitchen to guest rooms as instructed.
- Collect used dishes and utensils from guest rooms and return them to the designated kitchen area.
- Deliver guest requests, amenities, and other items to rooms promptly.
- Assist the front office team with guest check-in and check-out when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, entrance, corridors, and common areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen staff, maintenance,



and front office teams.
- Follow proper hygiene practices while handling food, dishes, and bedding.
- Report guest complaints, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow resort rules, safety procedures, and management instructions.
- Provide polite, professional, and prompt service to guests.

Required Skills
- Good communication and a polite attitude.
- Physically fit and willing to perform operational duties.
- Ability to handle luggage, arrange bedding, and transport dishes safely.
- Basic knowledge of English and Kannada; additional languages are an advantage.
- Teamwork, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualification SSLC / PUC or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

Freshers may apply. Previous experience in hotels, resorts, housekeeping, room service, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
