We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (Staff Augmentation)

Location: Indore (In office)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
- Identify and acquire clients for IT Staff Augmentation services.
- Build client relationships and connect with key decision-makers.
- Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience in IT/Technology Sales and Business Development.
- Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT Staff Augmentation or IT Staffing is preferred.

Note: Candidates with non-IT sales experience will not be considered. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
