We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining a clean, welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent high school qualification.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, paired with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Mix and garnish classic and signature cocktails, pour beers, and pour wines accurately and efficiently according to recipe standards.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders,



offer menu recommendations, and handle payments with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar top, seating area, and service stations clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Inventory & Stocking: Monitor bar inventory, restock beer, wine, liquor, glassware, and garnishes, and report low supplies to management.
- Compliance & Safety: Check identification to verify legal drinking age, adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, and follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
