Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations when needed.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking ingredients, glassware, and utensils.

- Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.

- Create unique and innovative cocktails, while also being proficient in classic cocktail recipes.

- Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately for processing payments.

- Engage with guests,



making them feel comfortable and appreciated while maintaining a fast-paced and efficient service.

- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
