- Setup Dining Area: Clean and set tables with fresh linens, silverware, glassware, and table runners.

- Stock Stations: Refill condiment bottles, napkins, straws, and side station supplies.

- Review the Menu: Learn daily specials, out-of-stock items, and ingredients to handle allergy or dietary questions.

During Service Responsibilities

- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome customers warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, and present menus.

- Take Orders: Accurately record food and drink orders using a notepad, tablet, or POS system, and offer menu recommendations or upsell specials.

- Communicate with Kitchen and Bar: Relay orders clearly to chefs and bartenders, checking dishes for presentation and cleanliness before serving.

- Serve Food and Beverages:



Deliver plates and drinks to the table promptly and check in to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Maintain Tables (Pre-bussing): Transparent empty plates, refilling glasses, and wipe down tables throughout the meal.

- Handle Payments: Deliver bills, process cash or card transactions, and manage receipts.

- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints calmly and escalate issues to a supervisor or manager if needed

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
