Key Responsibilities

1. Loan File & Documentation

- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications.
- Complete loan files and ensure all necessary documents are available.
- Coordinate with the internal team for pending documents and application processing.
- Maintain proper records of loan applications and customer details.

2. Banking Coordination & Follow-ups

- Follow up with bankers and lending partners for loan application status and updates.
- Coordinate regarding pending documents, queries, and processing requirements.
- Keep the reporting manager updated on the status of loan files.
- Ensure timely communication between customers, bankers, and the internal team.

3. Team Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for daily activities.
- Help arrange calling data and customer leads for the team.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, meetings, and loan applications.




- Report daily work progress and pending tasks to the reporting manager.
- Support the team in completing assigned targets and follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th, ITI, diploma, or graduation may apply.
- Freshers are welcome; prior banking or sales experience is an advantage.
- Must own a bike or two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Must be comfortable with customer calling, field visits, and follow-ups.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work with a team and follow instructions from the reporting manager.
