Key Responsibilities

- Banking Operations: Monitor bank balances of the Company and Directors' family, process fund transfers, vendor payments, salary disbursements, and credit card payments; coordinate with banks for banking facilities and EDC machines.
- Accounting & Tally: Maintain accurate accounting entries for bank transactions, expenses, ECS, credit cards, rent, remuneration, and interest payments in Tally.
- Finance & Cash Flow: Prepare cash flow statements, manage fund allocation, track investments, and maintain investment-related documentation and records.
- GST, TDS & CA Coordination: Coordinate monthly GST/TDS compliance, GSTR-1 filings, GSTR-2B reconciliation, professional tax payments, and finalisation of books of accounts.
- Vendor & Expense Management: Obtain vendor statements, process utility bills, monitor recurring expenses, and maintain records and payments.Manage and highlighting the expense limit of fixed outflow.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare client-wise contribution reports, update product pricing, and share financial and banking updates to the directors.
- Administrative & Compliance Support:



Handle staff advances and salary-related matters, BMC licence renewals, office AMC tracking, and telecom/broadband-related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred); relevant accounting or finance qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, banking operations, and accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Good numerical accuracy, financial discipline, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage confidential financial information and multiple responsibilities independently.
- Robust coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience: 5 years in accounts, finance, banking operations, or a similar role.

Ideal Candidate: A reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong ownership of financial transactions, compliance, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance operations.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
