Job highlights

- 6 months experience in Bancassurance or 1-2 years in Life Insurance sales with strong negotiation skills
- Manage and develop business via Regional Rural Bank, build relationships with bank staff, generate life insurance leads through Banca Channel
- Fixed salary plus good incentives

Manage & develop business through the assigned Regional Rural Bank Build & maintain robust relationships with bank branch staff & officials

Generate Life Insurance leads through the Banca Channel.

Support bank staff in lead generation .

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in Bancassurance/Banca Channel, OR

1–2 years of experience in Life Insurance in any sales channel.

Good sales, negotiation and relationship-management abilities
