Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain backup solutions using Veeam Backup & Replication for virtualized environments.

- Ensure data protection by performing regular backups, verifying integrity of backed-up files, and restoring data as needed.

- Collaborate with IT teams to identify business requirements and develop strategies for disaster recovery planning.

- Troubleshoot issues related to backup failures or errors in the backup process.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in backup administration.

- Proficiency in Veeam Backup & Replication software for creating backups of virtual machines (VMs) on VMware vSphere platform.

- Solid understanding of replication concepts including WAN links, network latency, and bandwidth optimization techniques.
