Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible Field Executives to conduct field visits, perform customer and address verifications, collect necessary information, and submit accurate verification reports within the assigned timelines.

- Conduct field visits for customer, residence, office, and business address verification.
- Verify customer details and collect relevant information as per company and client requirements.
- Visit assigned locations and complete verification cases within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Capture photographs and supporting documents wherever required, following company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit accurate field verification reports through the designated reporting system.
- Coordinate with the back-office team and reporting manager regarding case updates, pending cases,



and discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies and the Code of Conduct.
- Ensure skilled behaviour while interacting with customers and other stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the assigned area and nearby locations.
- PAY OUT: Commission basis.
