Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to support travel operations for the TUI process. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing booking-related requests, processing cancellations and amendments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with relevant partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidates with prior experience in the travel industry and robust English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle backend travel bookings, cancellations, and reservation amendments.
- Coordinate with travel partners and relevant teams to resolve booking-related issues.
- Update booking details and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Review travel requests and ensure timely processing.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.




- Communicate professionally with internal teams and business partners.
- Meet process quality, accuracy, and productivity requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Process is required.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Strong English communication skills with C1-level proficiency are required.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage booking-related information accurately.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹32,000 CTC per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Free two-way cab facility, subject to company transport policies and route eligibility.
- 5 working days per week.
- Rotational weekly offs.
