About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Integration Tech Lead to design, develop, and lead cloud-native integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on building APIs, backend services, infrastructure automation, secure configuration management, and technical leadership across enterprise integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop backend APIs and services using Azure Functions and .NET/C#

- Expose and manage APIs through Azure API Management (APIM)

- Implement application and workflow state management using Azure Cosmos DB

- Integrate with enterprise platforms, including tenant routing and configuration management

- Automate infrastructure deployment using Azure Bicep and CI/CD pipelines

- Manage application configuration and secrets using Azure App Configuration and Azure Key Vault

- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and compliance with architecture standards

- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews,



and mentoring of development teams

Requirements

- QualificationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience8+ Years

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience, including architecture and team leadership responsibilities

- Solid experience with C#/.NET

- Azure Functions

- Azure API Management (APIM)

- Azure Cosmos DB

- Azure Key Vault

- Azure App Configuration

- Azure Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)

- REST API design and integration

- CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)

- Azure cloud architecture and security best practices

- Experience with enterprise integration platforms (Preferred)

- Azure Service Bus / Event Grid (Preferred)

- Microservices architecture (Preferred)

- Financial Services or Banking domain experience (Preferred)

- Technical leadership and team mentoring (Preferred)
