Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications and REST APIs.
- Design and work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and troubleshoot backend and production issues.
- Work with Python for automation, backend development, and AI-related applications.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding/agent tools effectively for development, debugging, research, and automation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate where they can provide practical business value.

Required SkillsBackend Development

- Strong understanding of backend development concepts.
- Experience with Node.js/Express.js, Python, Django/FastAPI, or similar backend technologies.
- REST API development and integration.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization.
- Understanding of HTTP, JSON, webhooks, and API security.




- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and error handling.

Database

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Basic understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of database design, relationships, indexing, and query optimization.

Python & AI Tools
- Good working knowledge of Python.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI for:
- Coding
- Debugging
- Documentation
- Research
- Automation
- Rapid prototyping
- Understanding of LLMs and AI APIs.
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering.
