We are looking for a Back Office Sales Coordinator to support our Middle East Sales Team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our regional sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day back-office support to the Middle East Sales Team.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents accurately.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Track customer inquiries, quotations, and order status, and provide timely updates to the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Maintain customer records, sales opportunities, and order information in the CRM/ERP system.




- Prepare sales reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 0–1 years of experience.Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
