Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Operations Associates with experience in financial operations, specifically handling money-in and money-out transactions within the Life Insurance and Annuities domain. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial transaction processing, debit and credit reconciliation, transaction matching, and resolving financial discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Process financial transactions related to life insurance and annuity products, including money-in and money-out activities.
- Perform debit and credit matching, transaction reconciliation, and financial record validation.
- Handle premium payments, policy-related receipts, payouts, refunds, disbursements, and other financial transactions, as applicable.
- Reconcile transaction records across internal systems, bank statements, and financial reports.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve mismatches, exceptions,



and discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate posting and maintenance of debit and credit entries.
- Follow standard operating procedures, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pending transactions and settlement issues.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Required Skills

- Experience in back-office operations or financial transaction processing.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuities operations.
- Understanding of money-in and money-out financial transactions.
- Good knowledge of debit and credit matching and reconciliation.
- Experience in transaction validation, exception handling, and discrepancy resolution.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial records.
- Valuable analytical skills, attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and transaction-processing systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within defined SLAs and TATs.
