Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage backend operations for the Loan Department. The role involves data entry, document verification, maintaining customer records, processing loan applications, updating internal systems, and coordinating with the Sales Team and lending partners to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain customer details, loan enquiries, application information, and case status in the companys CRM and internal systems.
- Handle data punching, data validation, record updating, and maintenance of accurate customer and loan-related databases.
- Collect, organize, verify, and maintain customer documents required for loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing, processing, and submitting loan applications through internal systems and bank/NBFC portals.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, banks, NBFCs, and lending partners for documentation, application processing, and status updates.
- Track loan cases from enquiry to approval and disbursement, maintaining updated records of pending documents, application status, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Follow up with the concerned teams and customers for missing documents, incomplete applications, and pending requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly reports on loan enquiries, applications, pending cases, approvals, and disbursements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Handle routine administrative tasks, documentation, data management, and other operational support activities for the Loan Department.
- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive operational tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a background in commerce, finance, or banking are preferred.
- Freshers may apply; experience in loan operations, banking, NBFCs, documentation, or backend administration will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of home loans, personal loans, loan against property, or balance transfers is an advantage.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and data-entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and follow established processes.

Compensation

15k to 20k as per company policy and candidate experience.
