Job Location: Karol Bagh, New Delhi

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to manage inbound sales enquiries from IndiaMART, Zoko (WhatsApp), and our company website. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales enquiries from IndiaMART, Zoko, WhatsApp, and website leads.
- Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share skilled quotations using MS Excel.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into orders.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update daily sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation and processing.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email writing.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead conversion skills.
- Ability to handle both domestic and international enquiries.
- Experience with IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business, or CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer relationship management preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
