About the Role

CyberCyko Technologies is looking for a target-driven B2B Sales Executive to acquire corporate clients, develop strategic partnerships, and pitch the company's cybersecurity solutions to prospective businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire B2B clients, including corporates, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
- Pitch company services and present sales decks to prospective clients and partners.
- Identify potential channel partners and establish strategic business alliances.
- Schedule client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Ability to approach corporate decision-makers and close business deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Probation Period: 2 months.
- Probation Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
- Post-Probation CTC: ₹4–7 LPA, based on experience and performance.
- Salary Revision: 0–12%, subject to performance and company policy.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to successful client acquisition and sales targets.

Ideal Candidate A proactive sales skilled who can independently generate leads, pitch cybersecurity solutions, build corporate partnerships, and convert prospects into paying clients.

Location Preference: Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.
