Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist with an engineering industry background to identify potential clients and generate qualified business leads for recruitment, staffing, and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients in Oil & Gas, EPC, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and Industrial sectors.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io (mandatory) for prospect research, contact identification, and email discovery.
- Identify decision-makers, build targeted company databases, and generate qualified B2B leads.
- Execute personalized email outreach, manage follow-ups, and maintain lead generation trackers.
- Research client requirements, upcoming projects, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors.




- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io is mandatory.
- Engineering background or experience working with engineering companies is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and professional email-writing skills.
- Knowledge of other B2B prospecting tools and CRM systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
