About the role

We're hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist who has personally run full-funnel B2B outbound.

We don't want someone who briefed an agency or supervised a team doing it. This is a builder-operator role. One person owns prospecting, enrichment, outreach, signal-based targeting and partnership development end to end, and uses AI to multiply their own output.

The biggest filter for this role is straightforward: did you do the work yourself , hands on these tools? "My team used Clay" or "we ran email campaigns" isn't enough. This JD and our interview are both built to separate hands-on operators from people who oversaw the work.

What you'll own

Prospecting and enrichment

Build and enrich target lists yourself using Apollo, Clay, Lusha, HeyReach, RocketReach or similar. Y ou do this, not a VA or a team.

Configure and run buying and intent signals (job changes, funding, hiring, tech stack,

website visits and so on) to time outreach. Y ou will be asked exactly which signals you've set up and why.

LinkedIn outbound

Run personal LinkedIn prospecting at volume, with daily connection and outreach targets and tracked reply and conversion rates.

Write and keep testing message sequences personalised off real signals, such as a profile detail, a recent job change or a company update, rather than generic templates.

Email marketing

Run cold outbound email campaigns on dedicated sending domains, never the company's primary domain, using Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar.

Own deliverability basics: domain warmup, open rates, reply rates and list hygiene. Y ou can speak to real numbers, not rounded guesses.

Multi-channel orchestration

Sequence outreach across LinkedIn, email and calling or voice. Single-channel outbound is not enough.

Use targeted paid advertising as a supporting channel when the account or segment calls for it.

Partnerships and referral channels

Source and close referral, co-marketing,



reseller or channel partnerships that generate real pipeline, not just relationships.

Track and report the business each partnership actually generates.

AI and automation

Use AI (Claude, ChatGPT , custom tools and workflows) to automate research,

enrichment, personalisation and reporting.

Build or configure automations (n8n, Zapier, custom scripts) that remove manual steps from the outbound process.

What we're looking for Y ou've personally sourced and managed at least 2 B2B partnerships (referral, co-

marketing, reseller or channel) that generated real pipeline.

Y ou've personally owned pipeline or revenue targets for a SaaS or tech-enabled services business for at least 2 years, not just supported someone who did.

Y ou've personally run LinkedIn and email outbound campaigns using tools like Clay,

Lusha, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead or HeyReach, hands on keyboard, not overseeing an agency or a junior.

Y ou can speak fluently and specifically about signal configuration, message personalisation, deliverability and conversion rates.

Y ou use AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation tools daily to speed up research,

outreach and reporting.

Y ou have 3 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience. Agency or in-house are both fine, as long as the work was hands-on.

This role is not a fit if your B2B marketing experience is mainly brand, content or campaign strategy without personal outbound execution, if you have only managed or briefed others on outbound, or if you can't describe the specific tools, numbers and campaigns you personally ran.

including Relay and ReLeads, for clients in India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the US and

Australia.

Compensation ₹10 to 12 LPA CTC

Notice period 30 days or less preferred
