Overview:

Our client is a growing B2B wholesale distribution company based in Melbourne, Australia, serving the hospitality sector, cleaning contractors, schools, childcare facilities, and aged care providers. They are looking for a B2B Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist (WordPress | WooCommerce)

to serve as the marketing engine behind a wholesale business ready to level up. This role is not about following a playbook-- you will create catalogues, design flyers, build email campaigns, and bring product lines to life visually and strategically. You will collaborate directly with the owners to shape how customers discover, engage with, and order from their brands, while helping transition a traditional business into a modern, automated operation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM AEDT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Design product catalogues, including e-catalogues and flip books for multiple product ranges
- Create product packaging designs and update variants for their private label brand Nova Green
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns in MailChimp, including welcome series and abandoned cart flows
- Develop product flyers and promotional materials for B2B customers
- Design a basic website for their private label brand (non-eCommerce)
- Manage product uploads, pricing updates, and website content on their WordPress WooCommerce site
- Create and post regular content on LinkedIn to build brand presence with B2B audiences
- Develop customer onboarding materials and communication assets for current accounts
- Maintain and update customer databases and pricing lists
- Write blog posts and manage website content updates as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in email marketing , specifically with MailChimp or Klaviyo
- Strong graphic design skills with a PORTFOLIO demonstrating product catalogues, packaging, and marketing materials
- Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing assets




- Experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce , including product management and pricing updates
- Ability to create professional B2B marketing materials including flyers, catalogues, and product sheets
- Excellent written communication skills for creating website content and email campaigns
- Comfortable managing multiple projects across design, content, and administration
- Experience working with Australian, European, or American companies in a remote capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Shopify and logo design or brand identity
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy for B2B businesses
- Background working in wholesale, distribution, or hospitality supply industries
