Job Location: Pune

(Note: Candidates below 6 years of IT experience shall not be considered)

Must Have Skills:

- DevOps experience in delivering production grade software
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proficient in using Ansible for automation and configuration management
- Proven experience in Microsoft Azure, with special focus on Azure DevOps
- Skilled in using Terraform for infrastructure as code and cloud resource management
- Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Automating the creation and maintenance of complex cloud infrastructure (anything as code)
- Strong cross-discipline and cross group collaboration skills
- Passion for delivering high quality/delightful user experience
- Robust problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open Source community

Responsibilities or Expectations from the Role:

- Automate and manage infrastructure deployments using Ansible and Terraform
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Design and delivery of the mission critical stack, with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance




- Partner with our development teams in defining and implementing improvements in service architecture
- Articulate technical characteristics of services and technology areas and guide Development Teams to engineer new solutions on the Azure Cloud
- Solve complex problems related to cloud services and to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of our products and services
- Design and develop designs, architectures, standards, and methods for large-scale distributed systems
- Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning
- Share and contribute: Support and guide less senior team members, contribute to team spirit and dynamic growth, actively participate in wider engineering group- and product-wide activities
