JD For AWS data lake architect

Exp: 4 to 8 years

Location: Mumbai Goregaon An AWS Data Lake Architect designs, builds, and manages enterprise-grade data storage and analytics platforms on Amazon Web Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture Design: Build scalable data lakes and lakehouse solutions using Amazon S3 with Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
- Data Ingestion: Design secure and scalable pipelines to pull data from databases, APIs, and file systems.
- Transformation & Processing: Set up processing and orchestration tools like AWS Glue, Databricks, Amazon EMR, and AWS Lambda.
- Governance & Security: Implement data governance, security protocols, and access controls using AWS Lake Formation.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, security teams,



and business stakeholders to align data platforms with company goals.

Required Skills & Tools

- Core AWS Services: Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon EMR, and Kinesis.
- Frameworks: Databricks, Delta Lake, or Apache Spark.
- Experience: 8 to 15+ years in data engineering or architecture, with several years focused specifically on AWS cloud environments

Qualifications & Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skilled certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Data Analytics.
