Job highlights

- Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS architecture and design
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Proactively monitor Amazon Connect service status, agent performance, and system alerts via CloudWatch.
- Perform tests and troubleshooting on IVR, call routing, and agent laptop issues.
- Manage user administration, including creating agent profiles, resetting passwords, and managing security profiles.
- Respond to service requests, troubleshoot, and resolve initial-level issues related to IVR, call routing, or agent laptop issues.
- Address common issues such as call quality complaints, softphone configuration problems, and queue login issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and delivery/business for any integrations-related issues.

Job Requirements




- Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect, CloudWatch, and other AWS services.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust understanding of IT services and support.
