Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring a cohesive and high-performance culture.Talent Acquisition:Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.Employee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.Performance Management:Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews,



and development planning.Implement strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.Training and Development:Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.Support career development and succession planning initiatives.Compensation and Benefits:Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.HR Policies and Compliance:Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws.Employee Engagement:Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Conduct surveys and gather feedback to measure and improve the employee experience.HR Technology:Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems
