Role Description The Aviation Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content that highlights VVIP Flight’s aviation, Passenger & Cargo GSA solutions in India and ground handling services, with a focus on corporate and luxury charter travel audiences. This full-time, on-site/part-time role in Delhi, India involves writing and editing website copy, blog articles, service descriptions, case studies, and marketing materials that align with the company’s brand voice and positioning. The role includes conducting research on aviation industry trends, regulations, destinations, and client needs to produce informative and persuasive content.

Writer will collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to translate technical service details into accessible content and support campaigns, proposals, and client communications. The role also involves optimizing content for digital channels, ensuring consistency,



and maintaining high editorial standards across all written materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to tailor content for aviation, corporate, and luxury audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and align content with brand, marketing, and business objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather accurate information on aviation services, regulations, destinations, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess meticulous Proofreading skills to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency across all content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience writing for aviation, travel, hospitality, or luxury services is highly beneficial.
- Strong command of written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward, client-friendly manner.
- Comfort working in office in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles is an advantage.
