B. Non-Production - Upgrade and Deploy a. Secure the internal approvals to kick start the upgrade process b. Install Automic Workload Automation agreed version and its components c. Upgrade / deploy the 45 agents d. Fix the issues / configurations e. Update the Migration document f. Validate the system features
C. Non-Production - Test and Validate a. Assist and Support team in testing b.
Sign Off by team on the successful upgrade of the non-Production setting
D. Production - Upgrade and Deploy a. Secure the internal approvals to kick start the upgrade process b. Install Automic Workload Automation agreed version and its components c. Upgrade / deploy the 12 agents d. Fix the issues / configurations e. Update the Migration document f. Validate the system features
E. Production - Production Validation a. Assist and Support team in testing b. Sign Off by team on the successful upgrade of the Production environment c. Provide Hypercare / Warranty for two weeks
