Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in Selenium automation using Java and strong exposure to BDD frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Implement and execute BDD frameworks (Cucumber) with feature files and step definitions
- Develop reusable and scalable automation frameworks
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing through automation
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git)
- Analyze test results, log defects, and work closely with developers for resolution




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Ensure test coverage and improve automation effectiveness continuously

Must-Have Skills: Robust hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java; Expertise in BDD framework (Cucumber) including feature files and step definitions; Solid understanding of Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling)

Good-to-Have Skills: API testing knowledge (Rest Assured); SQL basics; Agile/Scrum experience

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 days preferred
