Title: Automation / SRE Engineer

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Exp: 6+ Years

: Key Responsibilities-

- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes and reduce manual efforts.

- Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and infrastructure health.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and system failures.

- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

- Work with development and operations teams to improve system stability and operational efficiency.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software releases.

- Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity initiatives.

- Follow DevOps and SRE best practices to improve system resilience and reduce operational risks.





Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or a related role.

- Robust scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Shell, or similar languages.

- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and system administration.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.

- Understanding of networking, system performance, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
