Role Description The Automation Lead is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across key business processes. This role involves analyzing current workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and creating robust test cases to validate new or updated automated systems.

The Automation

Lead will oversee quality assurance activities related to automation, perform troubleshooting for issues,



and collaborate with counselors, operations staff, and technology partners to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. The position also includes documenting automation standards, training team members on new tools or processes, and continuously monitoring performance to drive incremental improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Automation and Automation tools to streamline and optimize business workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose, resolve, and prevent automation-related issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Test Cases and Quality Assurance to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of automated processes.
- Relevant experience in operations, IT, or business process management, preferably in education, consulting, or service-oriented environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, scripting, or RPA tools is an advantage.
