Technical Drafting & Design
- Create detailed 2D engineering drawings and schematics for PVC pipes, fittings, valves, or profile extrusions using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models of complex components and mold assemblies to assist the tooling department.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on engineering change notices (ECNs), shop floor feedback, or client revisions.
Production & Tooling Support
- Design extrusion dies and injection mold layouts specific to PVC material behavior, shrinkage rates, and flow characteristics.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and exact technical specifications for the procurement and production teams.
- Collaborate with CNC programmers to ensure CAD drawings transfer seamlessly into manufacturing machinery.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
