My Carpresso, Kalamassery is looking for a skilled, customer-focused, and responsible Auto Body Service Advisor with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, inspecting vehicle body damage, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with workshop technicians, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer service experience throughout the vehicle repair process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle body repair and accident repair requirements.

- Inspect vehicles to identify body damage, dents, scratches, paint damage, and other repair requirements.

- Prepare repair estimates and quotations based on vehicle damage and the scope of work.

- Explain repair procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.

- Coordinate with body shop technicians, painters, and other workshop team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.

- Communicate regularly with customers regarding repair progress, additional work, and expected delivery dates.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.

- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for accident repair claims, estimates, approvals, and related documentation, when required.

- Prepare and maintain job cards, repair orders, customer details, and vehicle service records.

- Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed according to quality standards.

- Conduct final vehicle inspections and coordinate vehicle delivery to customers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication,



timely updates, and quality service.

- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures and workshop standards.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Auto Body Service Advisor, Body Shop Advisor, Service Advisor, or in a similar automotive role.

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification preferred.

- Basic knowledge of automobile body repair, denting, painting, accident repairs, and vehicle damage assessment.

- Understanding of repair estimation, job card preparation, and workshop coordination.

- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repair documentation is an advantage.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain service records and prepare quotations.

- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
