?Role: ATE / Post-Silicon Validation Lead/Manager

?Experience: 5–15Years

Work location: Chennai (OMR);Bangalore( Electronic city Phase 1)

? Key Skills

✅ Hands-on expertise in any one of these ATE platforms:

- Teradyne UltraFLEX

✅ ATE Test Program Development, Debug & Troubleshooting ✅ Digital / Analog / Mixed-Signal device testing

✅ Test Time Optimization & Production Test Setup

✅ Handler / Prober Interface Setup

✅ Semiconductor Manufacturing & Post-Silicon Test Methodologies

✅ Hands-on knowledge of Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators & Logic Analyzers

✅ Programming knowledge in C / C++ / C# / Java

✅ Knowledge of USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, SPI, I2S, DDR

✅ Load Board / Probe Card exposure is an added advantage
