As a Treasury Consulting and Systems Specialist you will support risk modeling services by assessing treasury risk, liquidity, cash management, capital allocation, hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance for clients within our Risk and Compliance practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach team members, manage project workstreams, and bring a business-focused mindset to complex client needs while upholding integrity, authenticity, and consistent delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will help develop practical solutions, review deliverables, and guide work that supports treasury operations, risk analysis, and systems-focused consulting across multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

- Leading treasury risk modeling workstreams across client engagements and guiding teams through planning, execution, and delivery
- Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while balancing competing priorities and changing client needs
- Developing and reviewing financial risk models for market, credit, liquidity, and foreign exchange exposures




- Applying quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and automation techniques to improve model accuracy and streamline analysis
- Advising clients on treasury management, hedging strategy, liquidity planning, and capital allocation decisions
- Reviewing model assumptions, methodologies, and results to validate technical soundness and identify potential issues
- Coaching team members on risk analysis, treasury systems, and modeling methods while supporting performance development
- Communicating findings and recommendations to client stakeholders through clear documentation and presentation materials
- Identifying opportunities to improve treasury processes, digital tooling, and model governance across engagements
- Monitoring regulatory requirements, policy updates, and control practices that affect treasury risk management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
