Job Responsibilities
- To ensure adherence to systems supply defect free products to customer.
- To ensure internal rejection PPM customer return product PPM supplier PPM as per defined norms
- Collect data for Statistic Quality control Rejection analysis and co-ordination with Production Department for preparation of corrective action plan
- Generate 8D Action Plans for the Customer Complaints
- To ensure compliance layout inspection, Calibration as per plans
- To ensure early detection of quality problem in development phase.
- To Educate Motivate team members.
- To plan establish quality processes procedures.
