About the Role As an Asst Growth Manager, you will work closely with the Growth Team to power the business development engine from research before meetings to decks, internal presentations, and follow-ups. This role is ideal for an extrovert who is curious, sharp with research, and loves talking to people.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Growth Manager with day-to-day research, decks for meetings, pitches, and reviews.
- Conduct secondary research on brands, categories, competitors, and market trends for prospecting.
- Help in preparing and structuring pitch decks, case-study presentations, and internal review documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, performance, account management) for data, inputs, and updates.
- Maintain and update trackers for outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Join client/prospect meetings where required for note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up coordination.

Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing / Communications / Business)



from a recognized institute must.
- 1+ year of experience in sales in agencies
- Strong communication skills fluent, confident, and well spoken in English (knowledge of Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
- Comfortable with MS PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, and basic documentation tools.
