3S Technologies & Automation is a leading solution provider and system integrator of advanced electronic security, safety, surveillance and building automation systems. We are looking for a motivated, aggressive, target-focused and experienced professional to lead our Karnataka region.

Mandatory Functional Experience: B2B Selling - Opportunity Identification, Technical Sales, Proposal Preparation, Contract Negotiation, Account Management, etc.

Mandatory Industry Experience: Technical sales to Real Estate industry or project management in vertical such as HVAC, MEP. Preference will be for experience in BMS & ELV industry (Building / Energy Management Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

- Meet revenue, billing and collection targets.
- Grow customer, consultant & PMC contact base regionally and identify all potential project opportunities.
- Meet prospects, understand requirements, connect with regional OEM teams to get preferential pricings, work with Presales team to submit competitive proposals, engage with decisionmakers,



negotiate & close project & AMC orders.
- Ensure timely billing & payment collection.
- Manage key accounts & nurturing customer relationships.
- Engage & build solid bonding with Consultant & PMCs.

Qualification:

- Minimum 3 years of experience, out of which at least 1 year in ELV/MEP/HVAC industries.
- The ideal candidate will be a proven achiever in technical sales to Real Estate industry.
- Ties with Consultants, PMCs and large customers.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills. English is mandatory, preference to people who can speak one or more South Indian languages.
- Target oriented, aggressive and pleasing personality.
- Qualified Engineer or MBA

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
